On May 28^th, Nhon Trach 2 Factory of Austdoor Group was granted the certificate of ISO 9001:2015 and the National Technical Regulation of QCVN 16:2019/BXD on products and goods.     Accordingly, aluminium profiles, roller doors, solar accessories at Nhon Trach factory will be manufactured according to modern technology lines applying the international quality system ISO 9001:2015. Topal aluminium profile products have passed the inspection and reliability tests and met the conditions of the National Technical Regulation of QCVN 16:2019/BXD as well as are allowed to use the mark of conformity. The ISO 9001:2015 quality system is the latest system of terms and requirements that are being applied and requires a continuous process of improvement, equipment upgrade, quality management much higher than the than previous requirements and standards. This is a global certification and is highly demanding in the corporate audit process. Certification is valid for 3 years and is assessed annually. “Since December 2020, the Board of Directors has planned to build a system of produres, processes, new standards and KPI targets to achieve the ISO and QCVN dual certification fastest within a period of 4 months. Nhon Trach factory collective is committed to continuous improvement as well as maintaining the effectiveness of the system and strictly controlling in each production process to strive achieving the certification” – Mr. Nguyen Minh Xuan, the Head of Quality Management department of Nhon Trach factory shared. In addition, QCVN 16:2019/BXD is the National Technical Regulation on products and goods of building materials issued by the Ministry of Construction to ensure the quality of construction works and contribute to handling of counterfeit goods, poor quality imitation goods, and at the same time protect the interests of reputable construction material manufacturing and trading enterprises in the territory of Vietnam. This is a mandatory conformity certification for some groups of building materials, including aluminum profiles. By simultaneous achievement of these two certificates is an encouraging result of Nhon Trach factory, especially in the context of the Covid19 which causes impacts and disruptions. ISO and QCVN certification also contributes to affirming the prestige and quality of products manufactured by Austdoor Group in order to increase trust with partners and customers nationwide as well as in the international market.
